Yes agreed! This was causing a lot of issues for us as well. We added a custom script on our end that clears out the cart after 15 minutes. However, since appointments in the cart are still available in the calendar, it still can cause conflicts the rare time. Appointments should have a "reservation" period in the cart and not be available for that time slot to anyone else.
