When a customer reschedules their appointment, there should be a note added to the shopify order that says when it was rescheduled to. It makes it very confusing and challenging when a customer has re-scheduled for it not to say what the rescheduled ate is. Especially for providing receipts after their treatment. The correct date of the service needs to be noted.
